I’ve been trying my best to study anatomy, any tips for me? And are there other ways to draw the mannequin frame? Ps: how am I going to include the muscles when I add to its bulk?

Any help would be appreciated, especially for the one on the hands and knees, and drawing the mannequin frame in perspective in general. Now for the ways to draw the mannequin frame. I see other artists when studying anatomy use boxes when starting out. Is there a difference/does it matter which one I use?
