Dozens of cop cars with lights on in the parking lot of women’s and children’s hospital. Two ambulances in the dock.

Daughter filled it with old gas (looked like road tar) and it wouldn’t run. I dumped the gas, ran new ethanol free through it. Now 5 months later it is hard to start, surges and bogs down. Is there a spray can fix for clogged nozzles or is a tear down required?
