Hi! I’m moving closer to work and looking for someone to take over my room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Downtown Burbank. Move-in timing is flexible, and the current lease runs through July 31, 2027.

Rent is $1,472.50/month plus your share of utilities. Water is included. The apartment has two assigned parking spaces included in the rent.

The apartment has:

In-unit washer/dryer
Central A/C and heating
Dishwasher
Furnished living room and dining area
Controlled-access entrance and gated garage parking

It’s on the second floor, within walking distance of Ralphs, Trader Joe’s, IKEA, restaurants, and shops—around a six-minute walk to nearby shopping.

You’d be sharing with a woman in her late 20s who works in healthcare. She’s tidy, considerate, and easygoing, and enjoys a quiet home where everyone respects each other’s space. We’re looking for a female roommate who keeps shared spaces clean and communicates openly.

Rent is prepaid through January 31, 2027. If you move in before then, you’ll reimburse me for your share of the remaining prepaid period, prorated from the agreed move-in date. Starting February 1, rent will be paid through property management. The lease takeover and reimbursement arrangement require management approval.

No smoking or pets.
