Was looking too see if anyone knows where to find a web developer I'm looking for one that has experience in software design, apps, coding and seo maybe web design. A company reached and said they have few properties in my area that need maintenance cutting grass, trash removal, changing locks and doing different things to the property but they want you to finish the entire job first and then they will pay for everything at the end. I told them it all properties start at 600 per home they told me not every property needs all services if the grass is overgrown if the tree is falling down too much involved huge risk I don't need them backing out of a deal thoughts. They said they will not cover any costs till everything is completed. Do people actually service homes and then collect after everything maintenance company is two states away? I wanted a signed contracts before hand saying 600 covers door locks overgrown grass cutting and tree trimming roof repairs trash removal and few other things.They had a list like change locks $25 grass cutting $50 if it's overgrown it's not going to be the same price if half a tree fell down that's extra price 600 and goes up maybe it has rodents never know. Is 600 too much too little or should I actually service a home before any agreements are made?

Hello everyone I wanna add a winch but not sure where the trailer jack needs to be moved I put it in a bad spot also wanna re do the trailer walls any woodworking ideas I was thinking 2x6x20 and cut them to size, as for the winch maybe add more material in the front for a battery box . Also going to change the rims and tires right now they are dexter rims and axles add brakes eventually too when I get all the parts and materials.
The front of trailer needs stronger material ideas?
Where should I put my trailer winch, I'll post pics later but reply with trailer winch it's more of a landscaping trailer but should I even add one.
