I was sexually assaulted last week and am really struggling with my confidence, getting dressed, socializing and generally feeling normal… I’ve been here before but it’s been a long time. I don’t know what to do for myself and I feel myself isolating and becoming depressed
I have cptsd from dv and sa; I have recently begun exploring my sexuality and have been engaging in impact play resulting in heavy bruising. The person I am doing this with is aware of my history, but I find myself wondering if this could be dangerous for me. It’s totally consensual but this is new to me and I don’t know if I’m pushing my boundaries? Am I playing out some deep rooted trauma or am I just into a little rough play?
