Seriously. In ALL jobs there is a hierarchy. We all take orders from someone. That is what we are paid to do. But some nannies act like doing what the mother (their boss who pays them)asks is negotiable or is optional. Uh not, that is what you are paid for. I also think some of these nannies are misogynistic. I would bet they would be more willing to take orders from the dad. Too many women don't want to take orders from a woman boss which keeps women down.

Hearing Vanja's story about growing up in a war torn country and having to care for her family makes me sad. It also makes sense why she is such a high achiever. It seems like women who are high achievers tend to take care of everyone and everything. They do this because they learned they could only rely on themselves. The problem is that it sets them, and her, up for being used by people. Vanja is such a warm, loving, intelligent and resilient person. It is so sad she doesn't realize her worth. When it comes to men, she needs to let them take the lead. Then she would find out which ones are truly interested in her. It is sad to see her begging someone like Tony to want to be with her. He may be a surgeon but his personality sucks.

I am loving how Pedro wasn't allowing Sophie's shit. I wanted to punch Sophie in the face when she kept saying "YOU HATE MEEEEEEE"! It was like, shut up bitch. You manipulated him, the situation and were messing around with other guys.

Josh is a complete asshole. I know a lot of people don't like Natalie. But he flat out used her and had never intended on a real relationship with her. He just used her as a stepping stone to be on this show. He is such a phony. He is also using what happened as his son as leverage for people to feel bad for him. I actually don't think he cares about anyone but himself.

I am looking for a humane way to deter or scare cat away that keeps coming into my yard. It is a housecat that belongs to my neighbor. The big issue I have with the cat in my yard is that we have a family of wild bunnies that live in my yard. There is a baby bunny and the cat keeps stalking it. So far my husband and I just run out and chase it away. it works but not for very long. I don't want anything to happen to my bunnies. And frankly I have two dogs that go nuts everytime they see it.

I keep having a recurring dream where I enter random neighbors home without permission. Sometimes it is current neighbors and sometimes neighbors from my childhood home. When I go in I know they are home. I am not looking to steal or anything. I just walk around. Last night I had a dream I was in my next door neighbors house in the middle of the night. The first thing I did was go to the sink to wash off my glasses. And I was thinking to myself I hope I can hurry up and get out before they wake up. Well I didn't and the husband came over and asked me why I was there. I made up a lie that my phone was broken and I needed to use their phone. That is all I remember from it. One thing that strikes me is that the homes always seem to belong to an older couple. It is crazy because not in a million years would I consider doing this. This is obviously very illegal and is criminal tresspassing. I would be terrified if someone did it to me. In the dream I am not looking to steal anything or hurt anyone. i just seem to want to poke around and do things like wash my glasses that I would do at home. In one of these dreams, the couple asked if I wanted some coffee and cookies. Crazy right? Anyone have some insight on this?

This piece of trash is vile. She is so mean and hateful to everyone. And I am tired of her stupid brain dead side kick Julia who supports it. Sophie rambling on about how she was "worried" about Pedro when he didn't answer her texts is bs. She was pissed because she was losing control over him. She bad mouths Liz and continually bad mouths her ex husband Rob. She is constantly jerking him around left and right. She divorces him but them moves right next to him. She is pure evil.

Which one do you prefer? The original Chanel Coco Mademoiselle or the newer Coco Mademoiselle Intense? I just bought a bottle of the original for the first time and I am loving it. But I am now wondering if I should buy the other one.

When everyone on Between the Sheets was getting pissed off at Colt, I was getting pissed off at Courtney. What is wrong with this girl! Seriously. The man was talking to another woman while living in your home. He just got back from a fling with another woman. She has become an unpaid nurse for him and he doesn't even appreciate it. She seriously needs to just cut the cord. And now with this guy who is like 70! I mean come on girl snap out of it. She comes from a nice home with two loving parents. Surely it is better to stay single and live in the lap of luxury with your parents then to keep going after these trashy men.

I felt bad for her when Jasmine attacked her. But from that moment on when she CHOSE to continue pursuing things with Gino, she got what she deserved. Her admitting that her daughter Bella is always picking up the pieces for the bad relationships she continues to CHOSE to have shows she isn't a good mother. Her inviting Gino on a weekend where she was supposed to be spending time with her daughter shows she is a shit mother and desperate. It is also pathetic to be so weak as to need your daughter to approve your relationship. Her daughter is a grown woman who doesn't even live with her anymore. She should not get veto power.

Yes Ziad is a worthless piece of shit. But that is besides the point. Emma flirting with Forrest was just low. She isn't even interested in him. She is just interested in getting validation from him that she is attractive. And frankly, she isn't that attractive. She has a shit personality and seems to hook up with anything that breathes.
