32 [F4A] #Online/UK - Anxious girly suffering from insomnia looking for people to talk to

I'm struggling so bad with insomnia and anxiety and my brain literally won't stop racing. My overthinking is causing me stress and I can't sleep and I feel isolated because all my normal support system is asleep :(

I feel as I'm too physically tired to try and distract myself with hobbies or meditation or those kinds of things, but I feel like I just need someone to talk to whilst I'm in this spiral.

I've recently came off some anti-anxiety medication about 2 months ago and I definitely feel like it's made things worse.

Need people to talk to and maybe share their experiences of how they've overcome similar situations.

Would love to hear some tips for what things have worked for other people if they've suffered from overthinking and spiralling thoughts too.
