I think it just started so maybe they’re figuring everything out but what a mess. Also the cone placement has people trying to go straight from St John’s onto Danforth confused. St John’s is sporadically one way with flaggers but at like, 8 am today, there weren’t flaggers in both directions. A lotta chaos going on.
