I want to build a Reddit community from scratch with a small team of people who are actually interested in making it grow.

I'm looking for up to 4 other people (5 people total).

Ideally, I'd like people with different strengths:

Community building / subreddit growth

Moderation & AutoMod

Content & post ideas

Design / branding

Someone experienced with Reddit communities

You don't need to be an expert at everything. I'm mainly looking for people who are willing to actually work on it rather than joining and disappearing.

We'll decide the topic, name, rules, design and growth strategy together.

If you've successfully built or moderated a subreddit before, definitely mention your experience.

Maximum 5 people. Once we have enough people, we'll start building it together.
