I've suspected I have endometriosis for a few years now and after a lot of arguing with doctors I finally found someone who listened but before I can go see a specialist they want me to get a transvaginal ultrasound and I'm really nervous about it, I've never had a pelvic exam or anything similar and the whole thing is really stressing me out. I am a bit on the spectrum and I have ADHD and OCD as well as other chronic health issues and I think just everything combined is really freaking me out and I'm not sure how to make this all less scary and stressful, any advice would be a huge life saver.
