Did I Start Progesterone Too Early?

Did I Start Progesterone Too Early?

New to BBT and didn’t even think about how I would need to confirm I actually ovulated before using my progesterone suppositories (first cycle using them) 🥲 I began using the suppositories last night (CD 22).

Got my first positive LH strip on CD20, but the LH level was even higher the next day on CD21. I had what felt like ovulation pain on CD21, but noticed a dip at CD22. Obviously since I began using the suppositories last night my temp was higher this morning… but can anyone tell if I actually ovulated or if I began the suppositories too soon? Sorry for any confusion, I am also equally confused beginning this haha

This is positive, right? Firstview LH, cd 20

I usually use E@H brand but am out, were gifted these so obviously I’m not letting them go to waste! This looks positive to me but I was kind of thrown off because when I dipped the test, the control line was a bit darker first (which I’ve usually noticed happens to me when I have a negative test). My eyes aren’t crazy right?

Hi all! Maybe this will make sense. I’ve started tracking my BBT this cycle and have also been using OPKs. My OPKs have remained negative (I’ve used those for a while so I’m pretty familiar with it), but this morning my BBT had a pretty significant spike (around .7 degrees higher than usual). Last night, I did cry a ton because my first baby is about to be one (LOL) but I fell asleep before 11:30pm and slept pretty well. I can’t think of any other external factors that might impact BBT. Has anyone noticed a fluke spike after crying, or is it possible I just missed my peak? Of course I’ll keep temping to see if it’s remaining high or not! FWIW, I did notice a slight drop in temperature yesterday (around .2), which I know some can experience right before ovulation.
