Two different tlc tvs keep having graphic glitches.

Two different tlc tvs i bought in the last couple of months keep having extreme graphical glitches on certain apps that make them compeltely unusable. Mainly browser apps, which even after deleting cache, or uninstalling them and reinstalling them, it keeps happening. After installing a different browser app it worked until i closed it and opened it again, after which the problem repeated itself again. I'm going to post pictures as it's giving me errors when trying to upload videos. I sure hope this is an easy fix or i'm not touching tcl with a 10m pole ever again.

UPDATE: For anyone still having this problem all you need to do is unistall updates from an called "Android System Webview" from the updates tab in the settings. After contacting client support it seems they are aware of it and are waiting for a proper fix.

As stated in the title my referral received €269.81 just from me. And after sending countless emails to support they said i tried to scam them and called it a day. Now i figured something must've bugged out as the maximum amount possible from a single referral should be €200. Now even though i stated clearly that i would've been okay even with the €200 on my account, as i'm very sure the one who refers gets the same amount the referral gets(even when i sent them the screenshots of every single receipt showing the credit adds up to that amount), they just don't answer back. I seriously don't know what to do and am pretty pissed they claimed i tried to scam them. What do you all think?

Reposting this with added images as proof, because mods said you need proof.
