Cancel preorder

Hello! I made a preorder about a month ago and circumstances have changed to where I won’t be able to pay for it. The cancellation date has passed and emailing them didn’t work. I was wondering if it would be possible to cancel the preorder by not having money in the account they charge. Would using an Apple Card with insufficient funds work?

Can you change the side of the house the door is on like how the picture shows? Or are they playing trickery to make it look real but the door is somewhere else
