16M with oily acne-prone skin (very oily forehead/T-zone, more normal/sensitive cheeks). I use Clean & Clear face wash, Re’equil Oil Free Moisturiser, and sunscreen. Since around August 2025, I’ve used adapalene on and off for acne/clogged pores, but when I used it too often my skin seemed irritated and I got more bumps. Main issues now are tiny bumps/closed comedones all over my face (especially forehead), occasional red pimples, post-acne marks, and itchy forehead bumps sometimes. A recent 14-day break from actives with only cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen made my skin calmer, reduced oiliness, and reduced new pimples. I also tried Clozac gel (2% + 6%), which helped forehead bumps once but irritated me another time. Suggest me a good cleanser and moisturizer cost effectively

Should I restart adapalene slowly, use salicylic acid only on forehead, or keep a basic routine for now?
