Something that an instructor did that made you want to come back?

Instructor looking for ideas on how to grow my classes. I know the biggest thing is to just be yourself.. I’m at a studio with a lot of popular classes and instructors, which I love, but sometimes I feel self conscious or like I’m letting the studio down because my classes don’t perform as well. I am new to teaching but I’ve been teaching my current classes on the schedule for a few months. I am confident I teach a great and fun class it’s just hard to figure out how to reach students who might not know me or have other instructors they stick to. I imagine this is common? Idk. I’m a perfectionist so I’ve been a little hard on myself.

Anyway…..

Instructors: plz give me your tips and tricks!

Students: what are some things that make you want to sign up for a fitness instructor’s class again? Things that encourage you to sign up for a class with a new instructor? Or things that make a class stick out to you? Aside from the obvious music and sequence etc…

Thanks!!!!!!!
