I’ve had these hearing aids for about 2 years now. Initially, they connected just fine. When I updated my phone to iPhone 17 Pro, I started having issues connecting via Bluetooth. That prevents me from changing profiles. Here’s what happens:

I take them out of the charger
They connect in the app
I change the profile
The hearing aids disconnect and reboot

I need to put the hearing aids back in the charger and reboot the phone. Once I do that, they’ll usually connect properly.

They did a factory reset on them, and the problem disappeared for almost a month, but started again.

I had them returned for repair and just got them back, and after 2 days, they’re doing the same thing again.

I have removed them from Bluetooth, and paired them again, deleted the app and reinstalled it. Phone and app are updated to the latest versions.

If it wasn’t for the fact that the factory reset worked for a while, I’d say it was the phone. But no other Bluetooth device is having issues.

Sometimes this happens at work, during meetings, so it’s a real problem for me.

Anyone else have this issue? If you did, did you ever resolve it?
