Whenever I try to add my payment method, I get this error:

>We could not process your payment right now. Please try again later. (3399)

I waited more than 12 hours before trying again, and I still got the same problem.

I contacted support, and this was their answer:

>"They basically said they can't override this"

This is one of the weirdest support responses I’ve ever received. They didn’t even explain why this is happening. The payment method is completely legitimate, it’s a Mastercard, and I use it successfully on other websites.

I’m also having the exact same problem on Content Rewards when trying to join a campaign, even a FREE one.

If anyone has faced this issue before or knows what could be causing it, please leave a comment.
