[HIRING] YouTube Video Editor for Accessible Travel Channel — $120 Flat

I’m the creator of Cane Travel Diaries, a growing accessible-travel brand helping people with mobility challenges travel throughout the United States with greater confidence.

My content covers Amtrak journeys, airport wheelchair assistance, ADA hotel rooms, mobility-friendly destinations and practical travel guidance for people using canes, walkers, rollators, scooters and wheelchairs.

I’m looking for a reliable editor to work with me on a project-by-project basis.

Most finished videos will be approximately 10–20 minutes. I will provide organized GoPro footage, the completed script, ElevenLabs narration, brand assets and clear editing instructions. Some projects may also require placing supplied stock footage, background music, titles, simple motion graphics and accessibility information on screen.

The editing should feel clean, informative, warm and professional. I am not looking for gaming, meme-heavy or overly aggressive editing.

What I’m looking for:

  • Experience editing long-form YouTube videos
  • Strong storytelling and pacing
  • Clean audio and thoughtful B-roll placement
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Good communication and dependable turnaround
  • Respectful treatment of disability and accessibility topics

Please DM me with:

  1. Your name and time zone
  2. Two or three relevant long-form samples
  3. Your editing software
  4. Your typical turnaround time
  5. The number of revisions included
  6. Confirmation that you accept the stated $120 FLAT rate

Please begin your message with “Travel Smarter” so I know you read the complete listing.

If the first project goes well, there may be consistent ongoing work as the Cane Travel Diaries YouTube channel grows.

Advice Needed

Arriving in Williams via Amtrak end of June and taking the Grand Canyon Rail to South Rim.

Staying in Bright Angel three days then returning on the Grand Canyon Rail.

My question is...

I want to do a day in Sedona and travel to Clarksdale to ride the Verde Train.

What would be the best economical way for me to add to my itinerary?

Car rental in Flagstaff? Verde Train first then Sedona? Vice versa?

I will need to return to Flagstaff for my return ride on Amtrak.

Should I wait until mid September?

Solo Traveler with Mobility Issues

I will be staying in Sedona at the end of June for a day or two.

I have mobility issues so looking forward to take a planned group tour of the area - no jeep tours due to medical issues.

Which tour do you recommend for the best itinerary?

3 Hour Sedona Sightseeing Tour

Half-day Sedona Sightseeing Tour

Total Sedona Half Day Sightseeing Tour
