Earlier today I walked over to the community pool to check on things. The pool has been closed for about two weeks due to mechanical issues. Said hi to the pool attendant and thumbed through the manual sign-in daily log book. The attendant came over said I could not look at the previous days because it a privacy violation. I responded I sit on this board, am the president. Pool attendant repeated looking at previous days is a privacy violation. I’m genuinely not understanding the privacy violation? Educate me.

We have a unit owner that is perpetually two months’ behind in monthly assoc payment. I guess this has been going on for years because, “so-so is a long-term unit owner and a good neighbor.” The assoc is not this guy’s bank. He waits for the third month, that triggers a letter from our atty, then he catches up two months. His non-payment costs the assoc about $15/interest/year on the Reserve Acct. I want the board to clamp down, and facing resistance. Interested in thoughts, guidance. IMHO, good neighbors fulfill their commitment to their association obligation.

I booked a trip on a corp travel platform. So far, not showing in my personal app. Thoughts from the community?
