If you enjoy walking old Van Ness, beware

SHIELDS/VAN NESS NEAR TRAIN UNDERPASS

This morning (Thursday, 5/14) I was walking south on old Van ness, near the train underpass heading toward Gazebo Garden.

A 5'4" man with dark hair, dark beard RAN up behind me and groped me, below the belt of you know what I mean.

Please be safe and be aware. This man was brazen and unapologetic as I was chasing him down the street screaming at him after his molestation.

He even doubled back and casually walked past me while I was on the phone with Fresno PD.

I just would HATE for this to happen to anyone else, so I'm making this post as awareness.

Help un- silencing a contact??

A contact in my phone (whom I regularly text day and night) has notifications silenced.

i have tried everything to stop this, but no matter what I do there is still the icon next to their text message (in the messages Home Screen) that is the little crossed-out bell.

how to I unblock or un-silence a text thread??? l've gone into the text contact and made sure it toggles to "not silence notifications."

im at a loss. anything helps, and thank you in advance.!

I've know I'm sick for a long time, I know I need help and am seeking it.

HOWEVER.

I have a question.

Whenever I purge, I feel like I'm not "getting it all out." I've read accounts of people purging until it's all gone, with different tells.

But I feel like when I purge, only so much comes out. I feel like it's never everything I've binged on. And that isn't me sitting over the toilet, dry heaving nothing. It's like, sometimes a lot comes out and sometimes not a lot comes out.

I never feel like I actually getting everything out. Can anyone relate to this??
