Need help, just lost my 12 day no fap streak just a few minutes ago

I thought I was going strong, until I had a very intense urge and then it happened, I used to be obsessed with blowjob videos before my no fap streak then because it resonated with me alot since I know what a bj personally feels like, don't ask why; it's like I unconsciously scrolled for the perfect video an hour ago and I'm pretty much disappointed.

Fapping bothers me because it feels like it resets my mind back to 0 and temporarily takes all my concentration and mindfulness away in a few days, I'm able to stop now, but can you gives give me tips on how to finally succeed in no fap in a month challenge?

I know the basic tips, don't touch or stroke it, get away from "sensitive" websites, but it just happened, I think it's the sensual feeling that you could easily imagine from getting a blowjob is what triggered me, this post is quite intense and humiliating but I hope somebody was once in the same boat as me.

Is DC shoes ethical?

I'm into sustainable fashion and I like wearing things that had it's moment in the 90's/00's, I have a pair of converse chuck taylors but my unaware ass just found out it's owned by Nike for over two decades, a company notorious of child labor/human rights abuses in the past, I'm also trying to avoid Adidas because it also had similar controversies with Nike, the DC wiki doesn't state anything about it's criticism, so you guys tell me, the whole point of this is to find a trusty replacement for my chuck taylors with the assurance that my new shoes weren't made from child slavery.

If you guys have any suggestions, drop it below.

I just got into Marxism-Leninism not too long ago, the question may sound stupid but how do socialists/communists continue to live a world without leeching much into products of exploitive capitalism?? or what companies and corporations do you simply avoid, boycott? I know anti-capitalist ≠ anti-consumerism, but I'm looking forward into buying things that are made ethically, locally, and not mass-produced slop from a factory (especially in clothing and food, ew) you could also recommend some stuff below.
