My boss is extremely disconnected with the way hes handling this business. Mf started increasing the prices of jewelry above the scrap value. A few 10kt pendants are going at $190 per gram when at scrap its at $60 per gram.

But besides the obvious problem, he thinks we'll get more customers if we just keep posting this stuff on the facebook marketplace (I've been complaining about this mess for a while here in this subreddit).

It kinda works, but the fucked up thing is that he wants us to use his "formula" to calculate the value of the jewelry only if someone online asks for a better price.

What about our long time loyal customers? Fuck them, they get 20% discount.

I'm getting sick and tired of him sticking his nose and forcing us to post shit on the facebook marketplace. At first it was supposed to be a favour, but now its "mandatory".

We posted over 100 items so far and he still wants us to keep posting despite people not really interested on most of the shit we have.

I'm getting tired of how specific he is on every little minute detail, "don't use words like unfotunately or say plus tax. It makes us look like jerks." And then contradict himself by wasting the customers' time with pointless talk just to "add personality."

Complaining that some items description is missing our business info and phone number. Who cares! I've noticed some people barely even bother reading the description. Even posting a box of mixed nails, he made us waste an hour and a half just to get the weight per nail!

And then in the description we have to add # supposedly so people can find the item faster. Bullshit.

We better get a raise before I leave this job I swear to god.
