Would anyone be interested in gentle online workouts?
Since starting GLP-1, I’ve noticed how easy it is to become less active. Appetite is lower, energy is different, and somehow movement just keeps slipping down the list.
At the same time, I know gentle activity really helps keeping muscle, feeling better mentally, and making the whole journey more sustainable in the long run.
So I’ve been thinking about putting together a small online group for soft, low-pressure sessions we could do from home together. Nothing intense, just something supportive where we can move at our own pace.
I’m mostly testing interest right now. If a few people are into the idea, I’d be happy to organise something for our community.
