I'm a student and I don't do much gaming. I'll only play GTA V and similar games occassionally and do 4k video editing. Is this a good Deal for 62k considering Rtx 3050 and intel core i5-13420H?

So basically I'm going to college in 2 months and I need a laptop for casual gaming(gta V, and some other small games) and editing in premier pro and davinci resolve (basic - moderate) . My budget is around 65k(can go 1-2k higher) . I'm considering the Hp victus Ryzen 5 16gb/512gb rtx 2050. Is it a good option or if there are better options do suggest 🙏🏻🚨
