Patio Furniture that will last?

I’ve always had teak furniture in our backyard and after moving to Temecula the heat tears apart the cushions and dries out the wood so much

I tried coated aluminum but it ended up rusting

Any suggestions on a patio furniture that will last under the Temecula sun? Is wicker better?

Or do I need to just expect to purchase new patio furniture every 5 years?

I’m afraid of bleach

I need someone to help me with a cheat sheet to when and how to use bleach. I want my towels to be white again, but I’m scared to put it in my washer and bleach the next round of clothes I put in if there’s residual leftover.
