I have a leak around my chimney and some rotting siding on the south side of the house. I know the roof needs work and the siding needs replacing. I am not sure if I should hire a roofer and a siding crew separately or find one company that does both.

Has anyone dealt with a similar project. How did you handle the coordination. I want to avoid gaps in the work where water could get in.

A coworker of mine got seriously injured at work in Raleigh about 3 weeks ago and we're trying to find a good workers' accident lawyer. He's Hispanic and doesn't speak English well, so we need someone who can communicate in Spanish ( not mandatory)

The injury happened on a construction site and he's now unable to work. We're worried about medical bills and lost wages. I've heard the workers' compensation system in North Carolina is complicated and insurance companies try to deny claims.
