23F white spot on minor labia(next to clitoris), any clue what this may be?

23F white spot on minor labia(next to clitoris), any clue what this may be?

I need help possibly identifying what this is. A white spot maybe about 1.5cm showed up on my minor labia fold when I was around 13yrs old. The spot seems to turn whiter by the end of the day or from excess moister, and sometimes doesn’t look very noticeable at all. The spot is also slightly raised and doesn’t give me any discomfort thankfully. It does seem to have gotten a bit bigger since I was 13, now 23. Another weird thing is I can sometimes pick off skin from it, kind of like when you have dry skin that gets soaked in water.

I’ve talked to my family doctor and went to a gynaecologist before when I was younger. Both times they said they couldn’t see anything since the spot wasn’t white during those times. I’m trying to get into a specialist again but the waiting list is up to 2 years.

My family doctor said not to worry as long as it doesn’t seem to cause irritation and isn’t in a consistent state. I’ve done a lot of looking online and haven’t found anything similar to my condition. Any ideas what this could possibly be?

I wasn’t taking any medication during the time it first showed up, only possible relation I can think of is that I am confirmed to have PCOS.

I will mention as well I am a virgin and don’t use any harsh cleaning soaps down there.

Minor labia fold (nearby clitoris) has a large white spot

Has anyone else dealt with this? A white spot maybe about 1.5cm showed up on my minor labia fold when I was around 13yrs old. The spot is also slightly raised and doesn’t give me any discomfort thankfully. It does seem to have gotten a bit bigger since I was 13, now 23. My doctor said not to worry as long as it doesn’t seem to cause irritation and isn’t in a consistent state. But of course I’m going to worry anyway until I know a forsure answer, I’ve done a lot of looking online and haven’t found anything similar. So I came here to see if anyone else has the similar experience.

I will mention as well I have never had sex before and don’t use any harsh cleaning soaps down there.
