How much bacon is too much?

Ever since kid #2 I have wanted bacon like every day. A lot of bacon. 1/2 lb with breakfast (eggs and butter) and often 1/2 lb with lunch (usually beef). Occasionally more than that. I do try to buy organic/clean ingredients. I thought it was a weird postpartum thing, but now we're 8 months in. I'm currently breastfeeding. I dropped all my pregnancy weight immediately but have gained a bunch while nursing. I would like to lose weight but have not been able to despite my best efforts. Mostly I'm just wondering if we think the bacon is bad for my health.

Car seat covers - plastic exposure

Any product suggestions or hacks for reducing plastic exposure in car seats? I looked up natural fiber car seat covers but haven't found any. I live in a hot area and hate to think of their sweaty little bodies sticking to the polyester.
