Is there proctoring? It says there might be in the class notes but everyone claims the tests are take home. And 80 percent of the grade is classwork?

If I take Orgo 1 at my CC before transferring to UCLA can I just take Orgo 2 at UCLA or do I have to take or would I have to retake Orgo 1? On ASSIST it looks like the UCLA equivalents transfer together as a sequence.
