I bought Madden 16 second hand and when I go to install it, it gets to 12.5% and says it’s dirty or damaged. I don’t see any scratches on either side and I have already clean it. I used glasses cleaner solution and cloth, I don’t own any microfibre cloths

Just wondering what the best time is in my routine to put the minoxidil on while keeping to my routine. In the morning I use a cleanser and moisturizer+spf and at night I use cleanser and moisturizer. I have dry skin so trying to make sure the minoxidil doesn’t dry it out more is important.
