I just switched to AT&T, but autopay, which I forgot to turn off, already took $60 the day I did so, any way I can get a refund? I just paid for a month I won't be using at all.

Whenever I try to turn the brightness up or down using FN + F5/F6, it is very delayed and laggy. Everything else is not lagging at all and works perfectly fine.
