3 weeks into cut

First picture is one week into, second is 3rd week. I started the cut hovering between 177-181.

Now I’m between 177-174 so scale is going in the right direction. My question is this too quick? Am I going in the right direction?

First week I was slightly below maintenance at 2500 cals 3rd week I’m at 2390 at about a 500 deficit. My main goal is to not lose muscle on this cut. And realistically how long until I can get these dam abs to pop.

Macros are
190G protein
245 Carbs
70 fat

Three weeks into a cut, first week was at
2500 calories
190 Grams of protein

This week 2400
190grams of protein

First picture I was fluctuating between 177-181

Second picture is now, fluctuating between 174-176

I know this is a drastic drop in weight, did I lose muscle or was this glycogen storage plus some water weight? And also realistically how much longer granted I hit all macros will it take for these abs to finally pop through? I’m fairly lean but I hold a lot of my fat in my chest and midsection

Slow cut

Currently on a cut, I’m 5’9 177 lbs. started a cut about two weeks ago. Following macros are
P 190G
Carbs 278
Fats 70
2500 calories

Realistically how long would I have to cut? And is a cut a smart idea or should I lean bulk up to 185? I think I’m around 18% bf.
