I have this new top from savana in size M selling this for just 630+sp from Kolkata in new condition the return window is open till now with 6 days of delivery new condition with a savana package and tag

Savana refused to provide a refund as the paper tag is broken it was not there from the beginning it said it via call that as the paper tag is broken they won't give my refund at all it was not almy fault to place a tag how can I get my refund i have complaint to consumer helpline will they help me get my refund
