Will there be a SEBI exam this year?

I’m a fresher and have been working in B2B sales for the last 3–4 months. My current salary is 40k/month, but sales was never my career goal. I want to build a career in marketing/advertising.
I’ve contacted several marketing agencies, but most are offering only ₹20k–25for freshers.
Would it be a smart career move to take a 40–50% pay cut this early to get into marketing, or should I stay in sales for a year or two and switch later?

I’d love to hear from people who’ve made a similar transition.

Hey i completed my mba and right now in sales. Now i’m in thrissur doing pure field sales. There is no office for our company here. No one to communicate and i’m currently staying in a hostel which is like a clg hostel. My daily routine is like waking up, going to field, coming back and sleeping, no friends here, no colleagues because no office. But the package is 6.
I’m confused should i live this life or get into another job which pay less but will have people around me.
I got no one in thrissur as my friend. I’m literally confused what to do.
Any advice to make my life better?
