Does timing matter when testing
If you have a possible exposure when you think they have it but you do not, how long do you have to wait after the encounter to test and for results to be reliable? Does it matter?

I started Zoloft in August so it’s been 9 months. I’m only on 25 mg but I’ve taken it kinda consistently? There was one time where I didn’t take it for more than a couple days after traveling and not picking up my new prescription when I got home. More recently though, I’ve noticed I have a lot of extra pills like almost a months worth….i don’t remember getting so backed up but I’m taking it consistently now in the morning. When I first started, I took it in the morning, then I switched to night and now I’m back on morning but I’m tired as fuck even though I’ve gotten great sleep. Even before the medication, I had trouble falling asleep and waking up and getting out of bed. I also currently yawn all. Day. Long. I did this even before the medication and I’m so sick of it. should I switch back to taking it at night? Or wait it out more? Also how bad is it that I’ve messed up taking it in the past? :/
Edit: further context
Got tested by gyno twice, first pic on the left shows a swab test result and left shows urine which I know is not accurate for women, that’s just how they went about the test unfortunately. My only gripe is that whenever I’ve tested positive at the gyno it says the test was a vaginal swab NAA and it’s always positive. I’ve gotten tested in the past at urgent care with this health rx results thing and got a false negative but the sample type was urine so thus false negative S we know which is common with women. I’m scared now that all health track rx results are reliable so I’m just wondering if these tests results are accurate and reliable since one was vaginal? (Shows test type in top right corner, left is vaginal and right is urine).
I’m really trying to remain calm but I’ve recently started having really bad issues down there and fear I still have it. Lmk pls!
