So frustrating! Can’t seem to find where to get these sprites that are allegedly appearing.
An I watching the wrong creators? (I click on the ones that say DropsEnabled), is it because I’m on my MacBook or iPhone?
Very confused and annoyed… why don’t they just have it be watch time all the time instead of a painful and exhausting wait and click game…

Looking for some players who are willing to help me fight the Shatter Spawn in expert mode to get the limited time weapons. This most recent event (which gets you the Sword of FIRE and the Scythe of QUAKES) runs from July 16 - July 23. Also planning on doing the next live run as well to get the nunchucks and shurikens that runs from July 30 - August 6.
My friends aren’t as into it right now and it is super difficult to get them on (which I’m sure a lot of you have experienced as well). 😥

I literally missed this entire story experience (STABILIZE THE ZERO POINT - is this the first one???) due to the fact that Fortnite never mentioned any update/notified no one through social media, news, nothing. Epic thinks I’m some kind of Fortnite mind reader??
I really love the story and lore of Fortnite above most things and want to take part in everything.
But if silent updates are happening, how am I supposed to know to move my schedule to take part? JUST GUESS?! Not fair… ridiculous because this happens ALL THE TIME! And not just BR but other game modes too!
Now I know some people will say “story is stupid/the quests are dumb or a waste of time” - don’t care. I don’t care if the story was to look at a rock for 4 seconds and then spin around while doing the duggy, I want to experience everything lol.
“You should play everyday and then you’ll know if something was updated.” - the average person DOES NOT play every single day, so no I didn’t see it.
I’m sick of logging into Fortnite and being surprised by things I’m MISSING rather than getting the proper communication from Epic that something/anything has changed. And it goes down to something as simple as experiencing a timed story quest… which reminds me… WHY MAKE THEM TIMED?! I thought we had weekly highlights and that’s it this season?? You drop random timed stuff for no reason out of nowhere?!
DEVS! NOTIFY US OF ALL CHANGES/UPDATES… including TIMED STORY QUESTS!! Utilize that board thing ya’ll invented to its full power/anything that can keep me knowing when to log on!!!
Started the game very recently and trying to finish the rest of the tutorial voyages… what is going on?
Shouldn’t the quest be GPSing on the map or adding a quest map to my items wheel?

Do sales like this happen a lot? What is the history of the A Pirate’s Life pirate emporium items - have they not been in the shop in a while?

Yet again, I am blindsided by Epic Games’ terrible ambiguous wording.
When you say THROUGH June 22, that objectively means it lasts through that day and PROBABLY ends on June 23 at 4 AM ET when most of everyone is asleep… so the LTE can end overnight. That sentence does not mean “ends on June 22 at 4 AM ET”.
I was away for Father’s Day and missed this little event (would’ve loved to take advantage of the fast growth etc.) excited to come home and play Monday to just see it’s gone.
And NOBODY can argue it’s clear as day… no, it is not clear. That wording on when something ends is so muddled, like why can’t they just GIVE US A TIME?! How hard is it?? Not everyone is glued to their TVs and screens the immediate second an update drops.
Ya’ll did AMAZING with the Shatter Spawn specifics with times/dates and listened to the community, but please keep it consistent.

At the start of the game I got a “Sign me up for emails”, which I clicked yes for… it’s been a few hours and I have still not received a welcome email…

I purchased Sea of Thieves around release for PS5 (2024), but still have not played because of the sheer amount of games I already play.
I mostly wanted to play Sea of Thieves for the Pirates of the Caribbean update (and also Monkey Island update), but wasn’t sure when is a good time to jump into the game for the first time.
Do you guys think I can wait and knock some other games off my list, or is now a great time before Season 20 starts (or does jumping in at a certain season not even matter in the long run).

I want to know to see how much time I have to grind. Does it end tonight at 4 AM type update (Thursday night/Friday morning ET)? Or is it going to be AFTER the live event happens (post 7:00 PM Friday ET)?

It seems everyone is dealing with this issue, but when I spawned in on release day of new Star Wars update in LEGO Fortnite Odyssey, Din Djarin & Grogu spawned in the village I was in and did not leave. Now I’m forced to recruit them into a village I preferred them to not be in.
I even tried creating a new village a ways away to see if they’d eventually spawn over and waited a few hours for them to show up… nothing.
Is there no way to get them to their own village? As players, we should be able to send certain villagers to certain villages and swap them around as needed if we’ve already found them.
Now Din Djarin & Grogu are stuck at a village I wanted to expand with other specific villagers.
Devs, what can we do?!
I loaded into my original, Day 1 survival world to defeat the Shatter Spawn. I got eliminated by Shatter Spawn in the Land of Monsters pretty much immediately and spawned back at my village in the Mainland. My weapons were all at different health, but mostly over 50%.
Went back to the Monastery to pick up my backpack only to realize every weapon in there had its durability almost set to 0.
My settings are default to the LEGO Fortnite release setting on this world so my backpack, I thought, would be left within the Land of Monsters.
Now I have weapons that’s health is all basically 0!!!! Would love for this to be fixed so I don’t have to get rid of weapons I can’t make anymore (specifically the ones from the Spire update!!).
Do you guys think that they’ll remove the ability to get Kai as a villager for tomorrow’s update? Is the Shatter Spawn ending forever or just the ability to get the weapons?
Any quest rewards/quests expiring or due tonight?
Also, is there a designated website or link where seeing a list of expiration dates are for Fortnite? Marvel Rivals had something like that, don’t know why Fortnite doesn’t do players can keep track of everything.
Just to clarify, if I already have Kai as a villager in my MAIN Ninjago world, and I don’t defeat the Shatter Spawn in my ORIGINAL world, I won’t be able to get him as a villager in said original world?
LOL basically you can only unlock Kai as a villager for whatever world you defeat the Shatter Spawn in?
So essentially, I have my main world I made since LEGO Fortnite release, but when Ninjago dropped, I started a new world and progressed everything Ninjago in the new world. Thus leaving my first world Ninjago content mostly unprogressed.
I’m curious - do you guys play through the quests for multiple worlds at the same time? Or simply have the time to just focus on one world and get around to the quests later?
Felt comfortable openly discussing the fact that I have some completionist OCD over the fact that I missed some journal quests on my original world (The Thing From Beneath, [soon to be probably] Shatter Spawn) that I have fully progressed on my “Ninjago world”…
(Also slightly bothered by the fact that I only have all of the Shatter Spawn weapons on one world and not multiple because that was the world that had my Ninjago focus… curse you limited time events!)
I read Din Djarin’s Build Tome for the quest Shiny Happy Grogu.
When I read it, no reward whatsoever.

Uhhh… saw this in my expert mode world about a month ago and never posted about it. Are my eyes deceiving me or do these animals look like skittles. Funny because my friend I was partied up with only saw normal colored animals on his screen…
