Seborrheic dermatitis at 75 days

Seborrheic dermatitis at 75 days

Despite using 2% Nizoral, my dermatitis has gotten worse over the past few days. Do you have any tips?

Strangely enough, I don't have any itching or red patches.

Prp session gone wrong ?

I opted for a PRP treatment along with my hair transplant, even though I wasn’t sure it would be effective just to reassure myself that I was doing everything I could for the procedure.

In the end, I was surprised by the procedure they used a Mesogun U225. I felt no pain and didn’t need anesthesia, but I left the clinic covered in blood they had punctured my entire scalp just one month after the transplant! Im at 33 days post op.

There are some areas where I find the damage more concerning than expected; I’m afraid they may have destroyed my follicles with this technique…

Day 40 Should I see a doctor ?

My clinic is closed for a few days. Should I see a doctor, or is it not serious enough to worry about?

I have some small sores from a PRP treatment that was a little too aggressive, and I think that’s what caused them. I hope it’s not dangerous for the grafts.

I’m on day 40.

PRF can damage grafts ??

I just had a PRF session that was included in my post-transplant package.

I thought it would just be a few manual injections, but in the end, it was done with a machine that made a lot of injections.

I’m on day 32 after my transplant, and I left with my scalp covered in blood spots.

I’m worried this might damage the grafts is this procedure normal!?

Apparently, they do this to most of their transplant patients …

Day 21: I have an oily scalp and dandruff is forming. Is this dangerous for the grafts?

I prefer to wait until day 30 to use ketoconazole and a more intensive treatment shampoo.

People often say to remove the scabs on day 10, but what should you do if your scalp is producing more and more flakes because of dermatitis or oily hair?

A flare up of seborrheic dermatitis 20 days after the transplant is this dangerous for the grafts? How should it be treated?

I have seborrheic dermatitis that’s starting to show up slightly as red patches. I sent a message to the clinic, but I wanted to know if anyone has experienced complications because of this in the donor or recipient area.

When should I start using Nizoral shampoo again after the transplant?

Im on day 18 , i have seborrheic dermatitis fortunately, it hasn't spread to the grafted area yet but Nizoral really helps me prevent flare ups.

Have you had any flare ups of dermatitis? How did you handle them?

Loss of several grafts on day 16 !?

I wanted to check my transplant today and I noticed several areas with a little dried blood or redness.

I didn't bump myself and I followed the protocol very carefully because I'm quite paranoid.

I did the same thing yesterday and there was nothing to report; there were no scabs in those areas.

Do you think those are grafts in the pictures?

loss of a graft on day 15

I lost a graft on day 15, even though it was an area without scabs and completely healthy a few hours before the incident.

I hope this isn't a bad sign for the rest …
