I got a JKF 5517 from Marv. The bezel was loose so I thought I would pop it off and bend the washer slightly to tighten it up. But when I popped the bezel off the crystal came with it. it all came off as one piece. The crystal wouldn't come out of the bezel. I'm assuming that shouldn't happen? I thought it would work just like my JKF 1665.
Did I mess something up or do I have a watch that I need to do some work on?

I've got a pair of Tellason fatigue pants and I like them, but you all won't shut up about how great the Orslow's are. Now I'm doubting myself and thinking I'm missing out on something amazing.
Has anybody fingered both pairs? How do they legitimately compare to each other?
I stole these photos from Kuared. This is an absolute beauty of a watch. Is this a build than can be done by a normal human? Is this dial, case and case back available anywhere.

I've got a JKF 1665 and a JKF 5517 on the way. I'm brand new at this aging thing. I've built some Moonswitches and Seiko mods.
I've been looking at the different methods of aging lume. It seems to be the easiest for a newbie and the most consistent might be copic markers. Is that accurate?
What colors of markers should I get?
