Does anyone get consistent migraines the week AFTER their cycle? I’ve never heard of such a thing but noticing an annoying pattern after about 6-7 months of this 🙄. A week of intractable migraine right around ovulation? Seems insane, I’ve heard of menstrual migraine but not ovulation
Has anyone taken allergy pills with very low ferritin and noticed the pills knocked you out? I took Zyrtec and could not function, basically had to lay down with severe fatigue and dizziness / headache for a full 24 hours, then the following 12 I was just out of it and slowly came back to life around the 48hr mark. What is going on? Never taken it before maybe when I was little but not when my ferritin was this low (4)
Asking bc I’m a dummy. Infusions got my ferritin from 2 to 72 after about 4 months (idk how high my ferritin was right after infusions, I’m sure higher than 72).
After about 7 months it dropped again due to heavy periods. I’m taking oral iron w vitamin c (a basic gentle iron) but I’m curious about lactoferrin - is it just iron? Can I take it instead of iron?
The older I get the more lashes I lose. I also have a horrible habit of picking the mascara (I wear the kind that kind of clumps, doesn’t smudge) which makes them fall out faster.
What’s the best product to make them grow? I have teetered around lash extensions but I sleep on my stomach, wear eye makeup, I just don’t see how they’d last more than a week
Is Latisse still a thing?
