above 60 fps issues, help needed.

im getting all the issues stated below:

1. When you use the snap gesture at the Mistwood ruins, Blaidd will die and become hostile. To prevent this, set the frame rate to 60 before doing the gesture and set it back afterward. If you forget, you can fix this with celestial dew.
2. Every time you enter the forlorn evergaol, you will receive 1039 runes.
3. If, after entering the weeping peninsula, you rest at any site of grace before killing the castle morne golem, every time you rest at a weeping peninsula site of grace you will receive the runes it would give you.
4. In the DLC, if you jump off the thing to the putrescent knight's arena, you will die when you land. To avoid this, walk off it instead.

9800x3d, 4070 ti,

fps uncap 120 fps locked.

i head some people that they are fine and never experienced any issues even with fps uncap 120 or 144 fps, please help me how to solve this?.

i also noticed two halberd golem (lays down on the ground) initially, in limgrave, missing.
