Where is the fee payment option on iris website !!!!!

I got 4.8k rank and don't have much idea about colleges .. want cse or any other specialisation and i am getting bmsce but not cse..my preference is msrit and put it at top (decent placements + closer to my house..don't want to travel whole day for college)need recommendation for option entry and priority
