I was trying out fraction 9 forbidden orchid and the cup came out to be a little under extracted and felt a little too acidic , I think it could be due to the recipe. heres the recipe i was using.
grinder - timemore c2s (18 clicks)
pour over- Hario v60 (02)

16 g coffee, 50 g water. Let it bloom for 30 to 45 seconds. 100 gram water and another 100 after one minute and 30 seconds.
