I’m looking to buy a builder floor/flat in DLF Phase 1, 2, or 3, Gurgaon.

Requirements:
Preferred plot size 300 sq. yd.
Budget - ₹2.5–3 crore

Open to older/resale properties in good condition (not necessarily looking for brand new construction).

Prefer owner listings, but genuine brokers are also welcome.
