Idk if this is a topic people know enough about but blackmail scams have been on the rise the last few years. They chat you up acting interested and will try to trade their explicit videos for yours. When you do end up sending something, they threaten to post it online unless you pay up. I know a few girls and guys who've fallen for this and its really fucked up cos their videos were spread online.

I understand that in some cases, message requests like this might a real person who's actually is attracted to you but for your safety and peace of mind, avoid talking to random people online.

After 2 years of general inactivity, I started doing home workouts in an attempt to get lean and athletic again. The goal is to hit 145lbs of lean muscle but I still have a long ass way to go.
