Me and my friend are gonna make some prototypes for a card grading business. What can we use to make the labels in a cheap way? Need color

I wanna buy this year’s proof set (maybe silver) but I was wondering if they frequently tank in value. Not buying it for value but am low on money and want to make sure I can sell it if needed in the future and wanna make sure I don’t have to for a fifth of what I bought it for.

I’m a speedrunner and I’m curious on how to grow. Tried doing some research but didn’t find anything for the field of speedrunning. How did you guys grow as speedrunners?

I’m 15, 5’9 and 105 pounds. I really need to gain some weight for sports and such. What did you guys do for dirty bulking that I could copy? (anything accepted, food, routines, tips)
