Ok so ill jump into it

GAMEPLAY

honestly dod, now I know this'll get me stoned but dod has good gameplsy after the recode. The game feels more fair for both sides now and the maps feel so much cleaner. Genuinely even tho I thought this update would make dod worse it definitely helped the game alot. W dod for making your gameplay good.

SKINS

Bear alpha and bear* may use 2d skins but thats actually a good thing for bear, the community can make skins with more quality than other asyms while having an easier time making them which is probably why bear alpha is 7 years old rn. Also bear is a blank canvas that has wah less limitations than 3d skins, while othe asyms usually have to follow a style bear can have any artstyle or theme it wants whenever which is another massive advantage. You want a horrifying skin, a cute skin, a realistic skin or a skin that dosent even look like bear thats in bear. Bear definitely deserves its spot as the king of skins

UPDATES

Honestly i can't put anything here. Theres so many goos asym updates like dods recode, forsakens jane doe update, pc2s MX update or bears 7th anniversary event. Every update worked only for their game and to rank them like this would be unfair. Honestly you decide what asym has the best updates thats up to you

LORE/STORY

yeah if bear was the king of skins piggys the king of lore. Genuinely a really good story that was really well made. Yes the tio part was a bit shit imo but genuinely this lore was golden. Every part of it was clearly thought of and to this day I think no other asym can hold up. If you dont know thr piggy lore definitely watch some videos on it youll love it.

CHARACTERS

Forsaken has really nice characters even if their lore is all the same thing reskinned, im genuinely invested in stuff like forsaken comic dubs on YouTube because I enjoy the characters so much, the designs they give for the killers are amazing, the survivors feel like they have so much life in them for a roblox avatar and the lore helps that alot. I love forsakens characters alot please expand on them devs.

MODELS

Not really gonna say much here but pc2s base models are so good I have genuinely cried at shit like Brutums model over how good it is. You can see the effort in each monster and its a shame that pc2 is a dumpster fire rn cause it has some good models

MUSIC

I dont even need to explain why om had the best music just listen to it

Ok so if got bored and made this tierlist baded on games I played

Heres some rules I followed while ranking

1. Im not factoring in how long it took to make a skin. Idc if it took 5 hours or 5 months if your design is bad then its bad. Im not giving pity points because you took a while to make it.

2. Custom stuff dosent count. This mainly goes to forsaken but custom stuff isnt the actual skin. No living legend John doe isc how good your theme or other custom stuff is youre a guy in a hood and I couldve made your design in less than 5 minutes

3. These are asyms ive played regularly. Im not ranking asyms ive played once or twice as its not a fair ranking. So not every asym will be here.

Idk what to put here but I hope people agree even tho this is the asym community and everyone hates everyone.

WHY???? This entire issue could've been very easily avoided if you just listened to the fanbase and not released 500 skins every update. And now that their stupid actions have caught up to them they are trying to backpedal away but it won't work.

Rn forsaken has almost as many skins as bear alpha and bear* combined. I WANT YOU TO LET THAT SINK IN, 7 YEARS OF SKIN MAKING FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE A DECADE OF ART EXEPRIENCE IS HAVING LESS SKINS MADE THAN A GAME RELEASED IN LATE 2024!!! And honestly 95% of forsakens skins are just the survivors in a different shirt or a different hat and the good skins that have alot of quality still get beaten out by bear skins. (Then again bears literslly the king of skins that game easily males the best skins in the genre)

How about instead of focusing on 500 skins every update that will never be used by the fandom we actually prioritise high quality skins and try up the quality which i see theyre trying in this update but I just know theyre gonna claim thst adding coolkids milestone skins and updating cupcakes coolkid fixed the problem and go back to exactly what they were doing.

I like forsaken sometimes but god the skins in this game piss me off as they will add alot of low quality skins as filler to make an update look bigger.

For me its bear alpha losing its tears before bedtime deluxe remake. Straight up this was a complete upgrade of the original tears and actually made a skin that was debated to be the scariest asym skin ALOT more horrifying. It improved tbb so much that some other asym players started worrying that bear would steal players from other asyms.

And what happened to it?

It and all the mastery skin remakes got scrapped because people on twitter kept harassing the creator of the skin over the remakes

im sure the tbb remake will come out later as its literally finished and we already got the jumpsares added to the current tbb but the bear fandom was being assholes over this absolutely amazing remake.

Yeah theres no way nosferatu wouldve been a popular killer. Theres alot of things that contribute to that and ill go over why he failed but the main 4 reasons are hype, obtainment method, being very forced and design.

1.HYPE

Ok i know some people will argue "oh but he was a surprise killer" and thats the exact issue, he had no real hype of it being him. Hype is VERY important to a killers success. There was nothing actually there to show he would be a killer and it severely hurt him.

And maybe just maybe he couldve gotten away with being a surprise killer but then the devs hyped up alot of very wanted killers and that killed off any love he was going to get.

2.OBTAINMENT METHOD

Shocker I know but people DONT like battlepasses especially when you put a killer or survivor in it. Add on the fact that we werent told it was gonna be a killer and add on the fact it was stupidly expensive so no one could actually buy it. Hell im pretty sure there was a joke in the community from like early 2025 that do big studios would do this exact thing if they bought forsaken. So yeah that didnt help at all.

3.HE WAS INCREDIBLY FORCED

Nosferatu is the most forced character in the game. The reason people like other ocs like azure and veeronica is because they got lore and are very hyped up characters who did impact the story in a way before they were added. Nosferatu did nothing for the lore and felt more like an self inserts oc than other actual ocs.

4.DESIGN

The last thing is design. Hes very different to any other character with his body being more modern than the other killers and being very animated. His whole body is more custom made too iirc and some parts like his legs just look off. I honestly think if they made him a bit less skinny it would help but he looks off.

Then you got his map... his map sucks to play as for both sides and it looks nothing like the other maps in forsaken with it being too polished.

Call this bit me saying my steak is too juicy and my loster is too buttery but you cant just make a hyper animated killer against less animated killers itll stick out loke a sore thumb.

His gameplay was genuinely pretty ok, he was a little strong on release iirc but thsts fine. Im not gonna talk about gameplay really.

Overall I dont have much to say now. I PRAY the devs never do something like nosferatu again as he was so set up to fail and is probably the worst killer introduction in any asym. Which sucks cause if one of these issues were fixed I think he would of been a very loved character. So yeah if yall ever want to make an asym dont do a killer like nosferatu.

Also ik ill likely get hate for this post from nosferatu fans and for thst I say that no I dont think nosferatu couldn't of worked at all. Just he couldve worked if the devs treated him like a normal killer, hyped him up and put him in the shop or made a quest to get him and not in a battlepass

Right now blob is being hunted by the whole groupchat because hes hiding in the discord server somewhere. If you see him in the subreddit or the discord do not interact with him rn.

Hes done alot of really really bad things and has alot of personal info on some members of the groupchat, aswell as sending alot of really bad bannable stuff I wont get into. If you see him report his account and do not interact with him.

He has been subjected to horrors you could not fathom

Honestly forsakens skins just focus way too much on custom animations or effects or new themes over actual design. I know people really like the custom stuff but the forsaken skin designs are so lackluster and either dont actuslly try anything different or depend on an already existing character.

I dont like doing comparisons here and I usually think theyre really unfair but let's compare the skins to games like piggy or bear, Piggy and bear are easily the best asyms at making skins (id say bears a bit better due to how much more universal bear is for skins while 3d models are much more limited) but they got some amazing skins that dont depend on custom stuff and just have some great visual design. Meanwhile forsakens skins when you take off the custom stuff are just stuff like slasher with a different mask or john doe with a blue corruption.

Now there are well designed skins in forsaken like aberrant john doe which actuslly expands on forsakens skin design alot but for an asym that's famous for its skins the skins are very lackluster designwise.

Im not hating on any specific forsaken skins here which is why I didnt mention any in a bad light btw

Yeah tbb is fixed. Hes gotten new jumpscares and is easier to use now. Due to the new jumspcarss being added thid means we may POTENTIALLY see the tbb remake get ingame due to it being finished.
