A friend is looking at plots in Mysore right now and asked me for advice. I went through this myself last year i ended up with Vega adonia villa projcet in vijayanagar in mysore, after a lot of back and forth. Things I wish someone had told me earlier: verify the khata type, check if the STP is actually on the approved plan, ask for the road material in writing, and look at what the developer has delivered before not just what they're promising. What else would you add? Want to give my friend a solid checklist.
I'd like to get your opinions on some real estate projects in Mysore. My friend is looking to purchase a plot directly, without using a broker. Could you share your insights on whether any specific projects are worth considering, and what factors are important to look for?
Just read that A Khata properties in Bangalore are approved by BBMP while B Khata ones aren't fully regularised — which affects loans and resale. Was reading the blog about the A Khata vs B khata in bangalore on this and it clarified a lot. If you're buying your first home in Bangalore, this is a must-read before signing anything. Anyone else navigating this?
7 people dead. 50+ trees down. Knee-deep water at KR Market and Majestic. All from a 2-hour downpour. We keep patching problems every monsoon season instead of fixing them. Anyone else feel like this city is one good rain away from a crisis every single year? What needs to actually change?
Been going back and forth on this for months. Looking at luxury residences in South Bengaluru and keep seeing sky villas being pushed hard by developers. Projects like Epitome Elan offer both 4 BHK sky villas in Jp nagar bangalore with what they call "wellness-focused amenities." But I genuinely can't figure out if a sky villa is just marketing or an actual lifestyle upgrade over a well-located penthouse. Anyone here made that call? What swung it for you — the privacy, the views, the layout? Or did you end up regretting not going with a conventional luxury flat?
Looking at a project called SBC Earthfulness in Denkanikottai, Tamil Nadu. They're selling 'farm plots' but I'm a salaried professional. Can I legally own this land in TN?
I am looking to expand my knowledge in real estate, particularly regarding villa plots in the Vijayanagar area of Mysore. While I'm familiar with basic documents like Title Deeds, ECs, Khatas, and RTCs, I'm eager to learn more to make informed decisions.
I recently visited the Vega Adonia venture, and they provided a comprehensive overview of their project, including the number of plots and infrastructure. If you're also in the market for villa plots in Mysore, I'd be interested in your insights and any recommendations you might have.
