As someone with limited network in the Shia community through the family, finding a partner seems to have fallen on my shoulders. Add that and my age (F39) it has been even harder so was trying some of the apps.

Muzz was not it. Salams too glitchy and apparently has links to the blue + white flag people. Hinge you get the almost too laissez faire Muslim variety and not many Shia men on there to begin with. Someone recommended Shia Match website and once I got over the 1995 graphics and limited functionalities I finally made a profile! But how successful do people think the website is? The matches in my criteria in the UK is less than 10 people. In the US/Canada possibly more but haven't explored it properly which is a bit disappointing.

If there are any sites or apps I have missed out on please help a sister out 😊
