I see birds walk across the street - sometimes down my driveway, across the street, and down the sidewalk, in the case of one strolling crow - and I'm curious why they do so rather than fly across. I can see why they walk on ground where there might be food, but less so on asphalt. Are they trying to conserve energy?
I'm trying to convert an MP4 to MP3, and as far as I can tell I'm doing all the steps right - add the file, choose MP3, choose destination and make sure .mp3 is in the name of the file, start. The output can't be read by Windows Multimedia (error 0xc00d36c4) or VLC - when I try to open it in VLC there is no sound and the length jumps up and down wildly before turning to nothing. I've tried multiple times with no luck. Any suggestions?
Since I grew up in a more religious and culturally conservative environment, I've sort of thought for most of my life that I was objecting to gender roles rather than identity - wanting to get to do the things men got to do, rather than not always being a woman. But recently I keep coming back to gender, and specifically genderfluid or maybe bigender. My singing voice is rather low for an AFAB person, and I love it. I don't think I'd always want to be called by masculine names or terms, but other times it's appealing. But part of me (maybe it's a form of imposter syndrome) questions whether I can tell the difference - maybe it's still just a gender role thing. Have any of you had similar experiences? How did you know/convince yourself?
