I understand that SSRIs are in the same medication group, but I’m confused about why there are so many different ones. What makes one SSRI different from another, and how do doctors decide which one to prescribe for a specific person?

Pozdrav, zanima me da li je neko narucivao nootropike sa nekih stranih web sajtova. Konkretno me zanima phenylpiracetam, pa da vidim kako ide proces. Koji su zakonski rizici, npr da li ce roba samo biti vraćena ili ide kazna meni i slično. Na šta da pazim i eto, bilo kakav odgovor bi pomogao.
